Being new in business they explain what my requirements are and support me to meet them. They offer me options and support my decisions. They make themselves available to me for any questions that I have. The team at Singh and Associates Ltd discussed with me the different programs on offer for financial record keeping that could suit my business needs. After having a demonstration of MYOB (this was probably the tipping point in my decision making), I felt this was most suited to my growing needs. They have supported me in setting up MYOB and guided my use so I can optimise to its potential both with ease of invoicing and tracking of my cashflow. As being a new business that has grown very fast, it’s giving me the confidence to expand my business into not one for 4 major divisions. I’ve been able to manage without having to take on the expense of employing staff, and of course made getting my financial accounts done a more simplistic task. The best thing is, when I ring for information or advice, Ravi never needs to check my file, he already knows what my business is doing. They take this to the next level and know my business including my rental inside and out. They know, because we talk about them in a conversation, not just a data collecting activity. They know the ins and outs of my complex family. It’s not because they do my accounts, it’s because they really care that I’m as successful as I can be at meeting my personal goals as well as my financial ones.
