“My apologies, I can't remember the lady's name at front reception but she was lovely, made sure to cross check my identity. Theatre team were wonderful Terry the anaesthetist, Bertrand my specialist/surgeon and theatre nurses were amazing. I remember a gorgeous Phillipino ? Man in recovery who took great care of me.
