“With a vision in my head for how I wanted my bathrooms to look, I had been passively searching the net for a couple of years looking for someone who might be able to custom-make the vanities, when I was fortunate to find Motide in Raglan. Sascha and Christina were willing to try to bring to life my idea of recycled timber fronts and made the whole process so easy despite the distance, with us being in Levin. Sascha is a talented craftsman and he was happy to use recycled macrocarpa cladding from our renovated home which he cleverly worked into front drawers. The vanities were finished within the timeframe they'd given and the communication was great all the way through. The finished result took my breath away, when we called in to collect them. Andrew (who works with Motide) who made the charcoal concrete tops did an amazingly beautiful job of those too. The vanities are now waiting in storage until the bathrooms are complete at which point I will take photos but the few people who have seen them so far have been blown away by how epicly cool they are! We cannot recommend Motide more highly for vision, easy communication, timeliness and very high quality craftsmanship. We now have timeless, one-off pieces of furniture for vanities that will be stunning features in our bathrooms for many years to come, thanks to the fabulous Motide team. “This review is 4 years on from getting a kitchen, scullery/laundry and wardrobes built and installed through Wayne. The quality and time spent fitting to a non square 50 year old home was outstanding. Wayne was extremely patient with a frustrating self designing client. The kitchen, scullery/laundry and wardrobes all look new 4 years down the line. Wayne's quote was far better than other local outfits that clearly carry huge overheads that customers pay. Wayne at a later date built a bookshelf from a photo supplied by us. I recently rang Wayne to see about making a couple of modifications due to a microwave replaced. Sorted quick pronto. If your looking for a honest hands on guy Wayne's business is the one.”

“Jonny is the man to get. His work is amazing my Husband and I are very happy. Jonny wired up and replaced all our lights in our 1950s house. He helped with the electrical work on our new gas system. We had a massive reno done on our toilet and bathroom with new plugs lights and fans and also a heated towel rail. Jonny replaced all all our plugs and switches throughout our house and even adding plugs where we wanted them. Jonny replaced our lights in our garage with big led lights. Husband very happy, also adding led lights to our outdoor bbq area.Jonny is honest, trustworthy and efficient and gets the job done. We highly recommend Hyperion Electrical.”
