From viewing the property, to applying, to being accepted, to paying the bond & signing the lease, moving in, having that ongoing communication with Mana Property's office & the lovely landlord, to the team helping me when I locked myself out of the flat several times lol, and to vacating the property, completing paperwork, and having my bond returned.
