She is a kind, patient and warm person with a genuine love of music and vocal performance. She has a real knack for bringing out the best in young people because she is so encouraging and positive. Her end of year concerts are a great way for students to show their progress and these are well-attended and well-run. As a parent, I have appreciated the hard work she put in to make these a success. My daughter is currently studying for a Bachelor of Music degree, majoring in Performance Singing. She could not have got this far without all the years of quality teaching from Gina, who prepared her so well for this phase of life. They have helped me through the seperation with my husband and made sure my girls always knew they were loved and had a voice of their own. Both my girls are very different but they catered for their needs individually. Always easy to talk to about anything and give a lot of support. At times when I was struggling they always made me feel like I was doing the best I can and that is enough. The whole staff there have definitely been part of my village and I am forever grateful to have been part of that family for so long. Lovely cosy indoor space with activities galore, a huge outdoor area with real grass (gasp!), vege garden, chickens and plenty of things to keep little minds busy. They were friendly, inclusive, informative, and articulate, especially when it came to explaining the finer details and trouble-shooting around the more complex techniques. They also did a great job to not take themselves too seriously and sprinkled a fair bit of humor and lightheartedness into the class as well. A very enjoyable experience and I recommend anyone interested in Latin dance to give them a shot. Even though I had a fair amount of experience, I still learned a great deal from just those two classes.”
