“I've been a patient of this practice for around 25 years. I've never had any issues. Receptionists are fantastic and will try find an appointment to suit. The online booking system is amazing, and has saved me time calling. Dr Cohen is lovely, and listens. On the times when I have had my Dr away, the locums I have seen have all been amazing and very professional. Yes, there are often wait times, but that's to be expected at a GP. You never know when urgent things or emergencies have cropped up. Very happy with their service.”

A good doctor should be kind enough to listen to her patient and must be able to create a statergic plan discussing with patient which I found in Dr. Catherine Thomas.
