I’m truly sorry and a little regretful that I didn’t get her name—but she is, by far, the best nurse I’ve ever met. My daughter has always been very afraid of injections, and today she was extremely anxious. But this nurse showed extraordinary patience and used incredibly effective techniques to guide my daughter through the process smoothly. Afterward, my daughter kept telling me, “Mum, I really like that nurse—she’s the best nurse in New Zealand!” I hope that by leaving this 5-star review, I can help pass on the kindness she gave us to others as well.
