    “Beautiful store! Great range of furniture & homewares. Superb service/knowledgable team. Thank you! I’ve read 2 other reviews where “customers” have commented that you can’t browse without signing up to a mailing list. This is obviously incorrect & an oversight on their part. I’ve browsed the Corso de Fiori website many times. They provide an option to sign up to their mailing list if you want to, similarly there’s also an option to select “No Thanks””

    “Went to look at purchasing a bed and was greeted by a friendly staff member, Cherise and she asked us what type we were looking for. She showed us a few options and said to spend around 10 mins or more to try and was not pushy at all. She usually works in the furniture dept, but today was helping us. We eventually settled on a really comfortable bed and she said to allow approximately 1 month for the mattress to mould to our bodies. We found her really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this store There was a slight issue just after receiving, the headboard received was not the one ordered, I phoned and spoke to murray who was very helpful, he asked if we could re package it and it would be swapped for a new one, it was a few days later that it was picked up but the new one as stated wasn't on the truck, I spoke to the driver who told me that he was told that this one was going to be used again, there was miscommunication between the bed manufacturer and the bed shop and definitely no communication to me. I also noticed that the 2 drawers that we had weren't sanded leaving sharp edges and if not careful could easily cut your hand or fingers, when I raised this I was told that the same was to other drawers in the showroom also, not impressed as this is a quality concern. Even though you don't see when drawers are closed doesn't mean that it should be left un sanded, a slight let down but getting used to a different mattress.”

    “A great shopping experience! I bought a new bed frame and mattress here, and to help me confirm whether there was still stock, the size of the boxes, and whether the mattress and bed frame heights matched, the lady at the front desk customer service ran to the warehouse twice even out of breath. I really appreciate her responsible and dedicated attitude. Her professionalism is definitely one of the main reasons I’ll come back to purchase more furniture next time!”
