“My recent stay at Capri Sanctuary literally turned my life around. The environment is comfortable and peaceful and you are made to feel completely safe and at home. The visiting professionals and permanent staff are all perfectly suited to their roles with the emphasis on a whole body approach to wellness. As well as the excellent DBT based program, (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), the sanctuary also provides a well equiped gym with a personal trainer, weekly massages, yoga training and a very nice spa pool, perfect for after a workout or yoga. The meals prepared by the full time chef are oustanding and the grounds are well looked after and beautiful for a stroll or a quiet sit in the sun. The DBT program taught me the use and benefits of mindfullness in our daily lives. It also provided me with practical tools for distress tolerance, improving my social effectiveness, and taking control of my emotions rather than being controlled by them as I had been prior to arrival. I cannot thank all the great people involved in the Capri Sanctuary program enough for the kindness and excellent care that was provided to me during my stay. Thank you all. I wrote that review a short time after my stay at Capri. Well it's one year ago now that I arrived at the Capri Sanctuary. I was a lost soul at that time with nothing good happening in my life and no hope for the future. The changes I was able to make with the help of the team at Capri and the support of my family got me out of that really dark place and begin to get my life back on track. One year on I am pleased to be able to say the foundations laid during my time at Capri and the tools I was equiped with have enabled me to rebuild my life. Some of the changes have been rapid and dramatic, others small and incremental but all are positive and collectively have given me back my life. I am achieving things again that for several years I only dreamed about and seem to be able to take lifes hurdles in my stride. Thank you again to all the team at Capri and my family. Life's good.”

“Thank you for your new walk in service and for prioritizing same day appointments for sick children. I was able to come in recently and get my daughter seen too, diagnosed and out within less than an hour (granted the speed could have been a lucky day!) Being the parent of a child with some extra support needs, going to the Drs can often be a very stressful event (for us both!) so the shorter wait time was welcomed. I also sincerely appreciate the fact I didn't have to go to the other local walk in provider and pay $100 to get my daughter seen by a Dr. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated!”

“That blonde lady receptionist was amazing. She saw me carrying my daughter in, she went out of her way and grabbed me a wheelchair before we started. Very polite, funny and service was brilliant. Wait time was fair because nurses and doctors took their time to see and they sent us to Starship which was they taken care of my child. Hats off to hardworking nurses and doctors.
