   We were travelling through NZ from South Australia and accidentally passed by this magnificent club. We were warmly welcomed and able to have a roll up on both their indoor stadium and even a short game with a couple of the club members on their new outdoor greens. Thank you Hopes Dunedin Bowling Centre it was a real pleasure to have spent some time with you. :)

   Lovely surface to play on, with only a couple of minor quirks, but God forbid you forget a cap, because the blue colour under lights is dazzling (don't we all just love an excuse for a bad bowl) , the mostly voluntary staff do a fantastic job of being welcoming, and the bar/viewing area is lovely.atmosphere with happy friendly bar staff

   If I could give you no stars I would! Customer service was not good,our food came to us burnt on the out side under cooked on the inside (photos taken) the lady refused to replace them, and out right was rude about it. Isnt the customer always right? I wouldnt recommend at all. This is the 3rd time we have been to this place and each time the customer service has been a zero!
