   Carpet court Dunedin were excellent all around. Would definitely recommend! From Miriam getting back and organising a time promptly for a quote for our carpet, to the office person taking my payment and signing of my quote, and the people who came and installed the Carpet on the day. They made sure I knew everything required of me even ringing the week before to make sure we were ready for them to vacuuming and leaving clean the area when they had finished. They even offered a person to come and trim the doors as we had bought thicker Carpet than previously.

   I have now had used Carpet Court twice to install carpets and vinyl flooring. The carpet install was completed today. The service I have received from Carpet Court Dunedin has been amazing on both occasions. Tracey was amazing and came up wirh a range of samples. Provided 2 quotes based on the same colour option. Justine followed up and kept me informed on dates and was so amenable and professional when we had to change the date of the installation. To top of our wonderful experience we had the pleasure of two great young men Thomas and Patrick to do the installation. They did an amazing job. The carpet colour was a lighter beige and the joins were invisible to the eye. I cannot commend their professionalism and quality of work enough. They should be recognised for their work and their personable manner.

Sarah helped us pick out the most suitable flooring and facilitated the whole process and we were so impressed with our installerJared who did such a great job with such a positive attitude.    We purchased Vinyl from Carpet Court in which they did the install also. The 2 pieces of Vinyl in the install don't match in colour. A Rep from carpet court and a rep from the vinyl manufacturer came to view the problem and both agreed that the vinyls were of a different shade. A week after the reps came I received a phone call from Carpet Court saying that the manufacturer had found no defect in their product and there were no issues with the install. How can there not be a problem when the final product looks like this. The Vinyl has also started to bubble and peel from where the 2 pieces join. The worst part of the situation is that Carpet Court has refused to do anything about it. I was promised we would have discussions of a resolution but have been ignored whenever I have tried to contact their rep. They have ignored the issue hoping it will go away. WARNING: Avoid giving them your business. If anything goes wrong with your install they will ignore you.

What a top guy, extremely professional and an absolute pleasure, got the job done perfectly, can totally recommend. Thanks also to Justine in the office for making it happen on the right day ;)
