Usually it’s great here, but I just recently got a quarter pounder and it was absolutely filled with salt which ruined the taste completely making it inedible. I’d like to clarify I didn’t ask for extra salt at all. I just ordered the regular amount. I’d rather not spend $10 on a burger that is inedible.
Always under-fill fries, must be at least 10 times that my large fries have had the amount of a medium or less.. My 10 mcbites were also completely missing, won't be coming back unless I am compensated.
I’ve now had multiple issues with incorrect or incomplete orders at the North Dunedin location, specifically during the night shift. Most recently, I was served by the same staff member and again experienced a problem this time, my sundae was missing, and replaced with apple pie. I wasn’t informed that ice cream was unavailable until I went all the way back through the drive-thru. This has become a pattern, and it's frustrating. I’d really appreciate if more care and clearer communication could be put into the service during these hours. As a paying customer, I expect consistency and to be told upfront if items are unavailable. I hope the team can address this ongoing issue so that future visits go more smoothly for your other customers, I am not coming back here again.
Second time they have completely “FORGOTTEN” the sweet and sour sauce. Who even wants NUGGETS without SAUCE??? I even ordered EXTRA & PAID FOR IT. BUT AGAIN NO SAUCE. Let’s not even begin to talk about the presentation of the burgers. Train your staff better
The most disgusting meal I have ever had. Fries were cold, dried up and old. The Big Mac was inedible, dried up meat patties and cold. Absolutely shocking, the staff were too busy laughing and talking to each other to serve decent food. Shame on you
This McDonald's needs south Dunedin management to come and sort it out, the music was soooo loud, I actually rung them while inside eating and asked if they could please turn it down a bit, they did but we still couldn't talk. The Indian lady that works the front counter and drive through, would have to be the rudest worker I have ever come accross, plenty of others would do her job. The burgers were chucked together my children would of done a better job, I could go on and on. Just send some mystery customers to see what a sad state this place now is. Or watch the cameras and see.
Well we were there for dinner on Tuesday and were disgusted. The music made it seem like we were in a nightclub, it was loud enough that we couldn't have a conversation, and was even louder in the bathroom and baby change area. We had a 7 week old baby who did not appreciate the noise. Also my sister only got about 90% of her chip pa ket full but then saw staff members come out on break with overflowing chip packets and more chips in their bags. Not happy and will not return, and prob won't visit any McD's for a long time
Need more experience on cafe drinks so they aren’t burnt, I’ve gotten more than one ice latte and it being extremely burnt or giving the wrong milk or syrup (vanilla,caramel,hazelnut etc.) please correct this for next time or give more advice to the cafe workers to prevent getting a bad coffee thanks.
This was my order of a Large Fries. I'd like to know where the other half of them are. Made the cardinal sin of leaving before checking the order. The one time I didn't check...
