The food is nice. However I ordered a burrito today and customized it to be have beef, no salsa and payed the extra for guacamole and unfortunately it didnt come like that. I didnt check it till id already driven home. But its just a shame.
The lady at the counter seemed bored and disinterested and messed up our order. The tacos were tiny and only had lettuce, meat and a bit of sauce. I was expecting tomato, guac and sour cream on the tacos, but there was barely anythingThe burrito was a bit better, but the screens to order weren't working. Don't recommend this place at all.
Food was fine as you'd expect from a fastfood chain, however it takes so long to come out, I think I waited 20+mins for a crunchwrap supreme combo.
Would give no starts if I could. Did an online order earlier today via their website all confirmed and paid for. Delivery guy phones me up to tell me my order isn’t there? I then call up Taco Bell to ask them where my order is and they told me that they can’t find it. I then gave them the order number but they then said that’s not how it works. The doing via name not order number. After a 30 min dispute between the manager and I they then told us there was nothing they can do then hung up. No food no refund. I have proof of everything, the order number, the confirmation text, email, even have a receipt and money has come out of my bank but apparently that’s wasn’t good enough for them. The time before that they missed items from my order and told me to collect them another day. Won’t be going here again… also give me my money back, it was a decent size order.
Pros: Sunny location, nice staff, comfy seating, unlimited fountain drinks and yummy grilled stuffed burrittos. Cons: The nachos and chips were horrible. Not crisp and too much seasoning that I wasn't keen on.
I actually really enjoyed my meal. First time ordering, easy-as, and easy fast pick up. I loved the chips and had no problem with the quantity for what I paid I thought it was pretty good. My order was spot on. And its yummy. Only four stars as my food was a little cold, but, I was a few minutes late collecting and the wind back to my motel was freezing so I can't be sure that it wasn't hot once it was ready. Man who served me was polite and friendly. And no wait at counter.
Loved it overall. Clean store, yummy offerings great fast service , scrumptious food. We tried nachos, vegetarian bowl and sauces. Everything spot on. Can't wait to be back to try more You are looking at the most expensive glass of water. An absolute rip off to charge so much for water when you are dishing out sauces and condiments for free. Do not blame you guys, this is the story in New Zealand now, sugary fizzy drinks are cheap as and water costs more. Food was good as usual. Fresh, flavourful and well presented. Loved the Sun on my face sitting on the window seat. Neat clean.place.
