   This veterinary team are incredible. We are locals and often can't pre book .. so turning up with our Burmese they don't make a scene or act precious... unlike a lot of other vet clinics.. they simply make it happen....

   I can’t express how grateful my wife and I are to everyone at this practice. How they treated us, and how they cared for our old dog, Bean, when sadly she had to leave us was lovely, thank you. It was very short notice but they made every effort to accomodate our needs, and respectfully look after our loved little girl. She had a good life and she was allowed to leave with care and with her family around her.

   Still my favourite vet in Queenstown, and my only vet. Next year will be 10 years, for us, bringing our treasured animals to be cared for by the Remarkables Veterinary centre . When I first came to Queenstown I was really concerned to find a Dr for our family, and a Veterinary practice for our animals. When i first met Geoff Woodhouse in the Queenstown practice, I found Him to be very knowledgeable, and after talking to him He put my mind and my heart at rest and I felt peaceful that Remarkabkes Veterinary Practice would be a safe place for my animals... for the wonderful care they have shown my animals over the years, and the amazing and sometimes difficult job they do as vets I want to say Thank-you from the bottom of my heart you wonderful Vets and nurses and staff, and Geoff Congratulations On the expansion of your practice . and to my Vet (well my animals vet ) .... Nikki Viggers ! you've become more than a Vet To me after nearly 10 years, you've become a friend . You have clearly many times laid out two paths for me to consider, in the treatment and diagnosis of sickness in my animals , and left the decision to me To decide ,whichever I felt was the right course for treatment for my animals, there has never been any pressure put on me to go one way or the other , so with your expertise, and I know you would say (Patricia im not an expert) because you are very humble in the gift you have as a Vet, but I have never regretted any decision I have had to make and I have felt truly supported all the way by you. You have always shown me the bigger picture which has given me the confidence to go forward with treatment which has helped me to sometimes make those hard decisions that every animal owner dreads...and in your own special way , you have showed me continually how much you care... By your reassurance And positive affirmation Of my decision.... Thank you for supporting me . Thank you Nikki. You deserve our appreciation. with a winning team like yours Jeff only GOOD things can come your way.....when we bring our loved and treasured cats or dogs, members of our family and place them in your hands your care surrendering them to your knowledge and skill, your nurses and team,its because they are part of our family and we don't want those who can't talk to suffer, yet by the time we leave your examination room We have a box or two of medicines, that help to ease the condition, and relieve them of pain. I believe being a Vet is a trusted position , a Reputable position , one that is so needed. Trust these days is a very important commodity, and compassion, to animals, in our Community is a must. We need all sorts of leaders in our Community And those who lead the way with integrity in the care of all animals? are no less vital leaders in our community.    I can't speak highly enough of the care we got when we had to have our beautiful dog put to sleep. Geoff and his nurse were absolutely wonderful. So caring and compassionate. It was a very peaceful end and we so appreciate all they did.

   Saw the farm animals as I drove past. Nice collection of animals including an Alpaca. Great fun getting a bag of food to feed the animals
