    Our doctors for 21years but probably not for much longer. It used to be a fantastic experience. Not any more. Tested for positive RSV so rang for advice. Had to wait so long for someone to call we started to drive there. Call came as we were nearly there. I was told to go home and call an ambulance if I got worse. In the end I did but if I had just got a but of advice that would probably have been avoided. My husband has also had the same treatment. Not professional. Know you are stretched but it's not on. You are dealing with sick people who sometimes only need a little advice.

    Never have an issue getting either a call with a nurse or an appointment if acutely unwell (for my son) - so long as I call first thing in the morning. Helpful staff across the board. Very lucky to continue to have steady access to GP’s through this practice.

    The emergency clinic is closing at two oclock, I’ve waited all day made three phone calls, traveled 40ks to see them after confirming i could get in and now they tell me after time and money wasted that there’s no room for me and i needa wait three days or travel 40ks back to whakatane hospital in hope’s A&E will deal with what they will call just a flu, hire more doctors, or extend your hours to include Saturday morning. This is ridiculous and putting lives at risk.

    Can u give minus stars! The worst medical practice around. Covid scared when it's c.o.p.d and asthma issues! Don't enroll here it needs it's fat head piped to actually deal with patients needs Your a drug dealer just asking for inhalers here!!! Not community focused. Pocket and self preservation focused!!!

    I had a back injury the doctor told me he made a appointment for me for the following week no appointment was made and when I talked to receptionist I was told I would have to wait 10 days before I could make another appointment, what a muck around would not recommend
