This is a small pharmacy with a post office inside. I went to buy a sinus rinse bottle, but they didn’t have any. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not much selection, but it’s clean and easy to find.

Such a welcoming and supportive pharmacy. The team always remember their regular customers and make you feel like part of the community. It’s rare to find such genuine, helpful staff who truly care about the people they serve, are always happy to help and give great recommendations on products.
Went in on monday for a b12 shot received it the customer service i received was appaling. I felt like i was being judged. Even telling them id received b12 injections before WILL NOT RETURN
I can't speak highly enough of Kawerau Pharmacy! The staff—especially Matt, Sean, Sarah, and Candice—create such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. They're always smiling, have an infectious positive attitude, and their excellent sense of humour makes what could be a mundane task (picking up meds) something I actually look forward to. They truly brighten my day!
Always friendly, always helpful, they treat you like they care for their little brother in need. Awesome guys and girls.
Staff are very helpful and pleasant, they are quick to assist if help is needed,like if I'm looking for non prescription medicine, which shelf to find it.
I gave in a twelve item set of scrips on Friday afternoon at 2pm and said I would pick up on Saturday morning. I went in at 10.10am Saturday and it had hardly been started. I had to wait about 20 minutes and then one item was out of stock and had to be ordered so I will have to return on Monday. There was no apology for the failure to have the items ready. When I got home my wife checked what we had received and queried two items. One was incorrect; Micreme H instead of Micreme. We were not impressed.
Been phoning all morning. No one picking up.
Best pharmacy in Bay of Plenty, very friendly staff and very good services.
