   I strongly advise against this garage. Not only did they charge us for unnecessary repairs without ever being able to clearly diagnose the problem with our vehicle, but their attitude was dishonest from start to finish. After realizing that the car was still not fixed, the mechanic offered us another vehicle for sale that matched our budget. We agreed on a date to pick it up, but on the very day, he told us it had been sold to someone else without even notifying us. A total lack of professionalism and respect. Avoid this garage if you value your money and peace of mind.

   Not worthy... we paid 125 NZD just to get the error code reported by car ECU and they said that we have to pay more for a further diagnostics. When we came back to pick up the car, battery was dead because they forgot to switch off the key. One week later, we found a shop where the car was repaired by 115 NZD. Gear box oil was changed and issue was gone. They only good point is that receptionist was kind with us.

   I'm NOT very happy with this lot. I think from now on I'm gonna take an extra WIDE birth around them & pretend that they DON'T exist. Obviously I didn't have a very good experience with them so 1st time, last time for me & DEFINITELY NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Fast and excellent service provided, including other comforts during my stay. The technical staff looked confident, pleasant and did their job with a sense of responsibility. The charge for the job was reasonable. As a first time customer, I`m fully satisfied and recommend to anyone who seeks an excellent facility for mechanical repairs and WOF certification.
