Unbelievable rip-off. Tried to charge for single tenders, because I wanted 7, and the pack they sold only had 3 or 5, there fore they wanted an extra $7.. 35 years of going there, and treated like crap.. Wouldn’t discuss it at all. Secondly, their laundromat machines constantly break down, chew your money for no credit, stop mid cycle etc etc Sick of it, from now on I’ll go somewhere that values my business and not just intent on ripping me off
Myself and whanau have been using this dairy for over 15 years . Spending thousands ! The owner has absolutly know loyalty to loyal customers ! I was waiting 4 hours for them to fix the washing machine that my washing was stuck in . 3rd time going back not fixed then the owner decided to reset the washing machine and wallah fixed. i said to him i would appreciate if you cover the drying cost due to me waiting 4 hours and he just laughed and said no way im not paying for that. ( probably 5 bucks) the value is what matters. Its the rudeness and absolute disregard from a loyal customer that in the last 15 years have probably spent thousands . This will be the last day i will ever be going back there . My kids in the last 15 years have sometimes been in tears due to his rudeness ! I should have listened to them . The arrogance of the man and complete disregard for long time customers like us !

Great lil shop found while staying in Holdens Bay Rotorua. Always friendly service. Anything you might need while travelling is here. They even change coins if you're using the laundromat next door.
Jay & Ravi are choice as! Make shopping fun. Really nice (:
