Busy always , but its a cool , calm and collected pharmacy and the staff are always ready to help you !
Daughter was having trouble breathing so we got a script for an asthma pump sent down at 12pm. Went to pick it up and 1pm, wasn't ready and was told it would be 25mins. Went back at 2.30pm and was told they couldn't find the script and it would be an hour wait? Always waiting and never get a good reason. Only get told 'we are really busy.' Need to do better especially when it involves a 2 year old breathing.
I love the efficent customer service . Especially the text explaining your prescription is ready to pick up. Saves so much waiting time. Our special wee town of wairoa is looking great with the new information centre. Stop by on your way to Gizzy
The wait is phenomenal. I realise were a small town. Anyway... some staff are very helpful with the odd one coming across quite rude & abrupt..
This is the only chemist in wairoa . And everyweek my mother has to recieve her medication yet everytime 1 of her medications is held back from 2 staff in this pharmacy , for reasons I don't know ..this has also happened with my aunty How do I make an official complaint This is so wrong that you would hold someone's medication for no actually reason this is as bad as giving the wrong medication ..please someone help with making an official complaint

Slow, rude substandard service, my mother waited to be served, another customer came into the shop she picked what she wanted stood to be served the black man came around from where he was preparing medications and served her!! he had a good chat to this lady because he knew her!! while my mother stood waiting to be served!! What Wairoa needs is another pharmacy to give these idiots competition if nothing is said or done substandard service will just get worse.
Waiting an hour for a prescription is just ridiculous! ... and still waiting.
Terrible service, staff are slow. Wairoa health care is lacking so much. Doctors and pharmacy is a big let down. If you have the means and opportunity to move I suggest you do it!
