Tried to use his services. Angry at customer for the insurance company not approving as a repairer, spent 4 hours on hold to the insurance company getting things fixed only for him to not follow through on his end of the job, didn't even send through photos of the work to the assessor team. Didn't respond to voice mail messages. Had to change repairer after all was said and done.
