Being a supplier of similar products we were delighted to move forward and stock Clarks products. We are kiwi operators with a great track record yet half way through the account set up we were told to go through a 3rd party for their products! I found the customer service or lack of to be unsatisfactory, considering the time and effort that our team had put in. Maybe the products are good? but simply the customer service is poor. Take your time into consideration and expect your emails to be ignored.
