    Back in March, I took my car to Apex after being told to do so through Smith&Smith for a windscreen replacement - rust repairs. Previously, I had spent over $6000 getting a brand new respray, and my car was IMMACULATE, not a scratch anywhere. After picking it up from Apex, it was very noticeably damaged - please see photos. No care was taken whatsoever, no respect given. They had been rubbing up against the side of both doors, leaving heavy scratching all down both sides of my car, on the wing mirrors and even the pillars. There was even a new mark on the rear bumper! When I confronted them about it, they told me to bring the car back, so I did. They told me "oh yeah that would've been this that and the other" - no apology whatsoever. They said bring it back tomorrow. So I brought it back the next day - and once again was told to "bring it back tomorrow". I come back for a third time at 2pm and am hit with "we told you to come in the morning" - no, they didn't. I pick the car up an hour later, didn't think to inspect it because I made the mistake of trusting them. Got home and realised, there's barely been any improvement - my car is still very noticeably scratched!! I notified them of this via a phone call and was told to bring the car back - for what would have been the fifth, possibly sixth time including the rust "repairs". Didn't want to take my vehicle anywhere near this company again after the appalling level of disrespect I was shown previously, so have opted to use a different company. Thousands on a new paint job just to have it ruined by a panel beaters is quite ironic. Stay FAR away from Apex.

    After my car being broken into at work at the hospital i was so stressed out after been sent to so many panel beater all booked out till next year February and were gonna cost me a arm and a leg, found apex on warren st I called them they said pop in when you can so I did went in there trevor done the job in like 30mins, I thought they were joking what they charged me I felt I ripped them off, I'm so very blessed grateful that yous were able to help me out at such short time at a low cost Fiona was sweet thankyou apex highly recommend them
