    The laundromat could be good in theory, but it’s quite expensive for what it offers. You have to pay extra for hot drying, yet the clothes still come out damp — so you end up running two cycles. The washing machine also charges $1 more than advertised for a hot wash, and strangely, the clothes come out cold. Even with plenty of detergent, it doesn’t feel like they get properly cleaned. Fine if you really need it, but expect to spend around $25–30 in total.

    I normally leave 5-star reviews for all the Liquid branches, but this one charges $4 instead of $3 for a small cold wash, and they only provided 5 small washing machines, all of which were in use so I had to pay double to use a large machine ($8 or $9). The place was full of unused large machines, and they provided so few of the small machines that everyone wanted.

    One of the worst laundromats I’ve ever been to. No detergent available when I arrived, so I had to wash my clothes with fabric softener. You have to pay with their card, which can only be reloaded in $10 increments (so there’s always a few dollars left on the card that can’t be used). The machines are always closed when empty, so they smell musty. I also paid an extra $1 for hot water, and the water was cold. Unacceptable.

    You had better not come to this laundry at late night. Two creepy drug addicts went crazy at around 11:00pm. And while I was drying my laundry, they came to me and I walked them away.But they chased me and slapped my shoulder. So it was disgusting. Also after that, they were talking to me and saying crazy mumbling words continuously. I was so scared. They were completely crazy homeless drug addicts. It was just awful experience. If the laundry shop has surveillance cameras, please call to police and improve this situation. PS. No, I didn’t. Please deal with this. I don’t want to get involved in this any more.

    One dollar more than the other laundromat in Te Puke, but it's always clean, my clothes smell good (in the other laundromat, the clothes smell socks !) . I often use the machines and it happen only one time that the clothes were not dry. I told it by email and they refund me. They know how to win the loyalty of customers!

    The laundromat is open. You need to wear a mask and stay outside or in your car whilst washing and drying. Good amount of machines available. Card only which may need topping up if under the amount needed for machine or dryer. $10 increments can be bought and loaded onto card. EFTpos or credit cards only no cash.
