   Wonderful service in an emergency. I called Bay Ultra Dry late one night after my Mum rang me in a crisis having had a major flood in the house. The crew came out that night and removed what water they could and returned the next day with all the equipment to dry things out. Mum says the whole team were lovely to deal with, supportive and kept her informed about what was happening. We are grateful that this team was there when we needed help and wholeheartedly recommend Bay Ultra Dry for their excellent service and responsiveness.

   Bay Ultra Dry has serviced our commercial carpets with professionalism and quality. Recently, we moved into a new house whereby the garage flooded straight up as soon as we moved in and we were in a bit of a bind. Straight away when we called Bay Ultra Dry on a Saturday, it was all hands on deck; their current job was postponed in favor of coming over straight away and ensuring that we felt confident that we could recover the situation without any permanent damage. 24 hours after, the garage was dry and we received a fair and competitive bill afterwards.    I chose Bay Ultra Dry due to the great reviews they had, I used the website contact portal and within 10 minutes I had a call from Johnny (it was a public holiday) as he didn't want to miss the opportunity. He booked us in and then we did the weather waiting game - he was not prepared to do it during all the rain we were having extending the drying time. His communication was first class and the job was great. Reviews do help - so here's mine. We will be recommending him to others, best call him if you are reading this you wont be disappointed.
