   Welp...Sending parcels to Christchurch is...problematic? ONE ended up getting delivered 2km away from the Post Office I sent it FROM. SENT FROM MAREWA, Paid $46.00 EACH to have 2 Parcels together, addressed to the SAME address, one delivered in CHCH, and the other..back to Napier...Well done...NZ Post...Well done. So, people, DO NOT put a return address on your parcels. Seriously...useless. In response to the "owner's response": Oh my G! Comprehension much? I SENT THE PARCELS FROM MAREWA. Proving my point, you are.

   Today I have been into shop to do a money transfer but the lady at the counter doing money transfer was extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs to learn customer service skills I have been to shop several times but except her all staff is lovely and friendly

   A community treasure! The women who own and run this post office work with big hearts. They know all the clients and have a warm smile for everyone. Honestly this must be the best post office / bank in the country.

   Tall woman with short blonde hair at Marewa, Napier branch is extremely rude and arrogant! I witnessed her treating a customer with contempt for no good reason. Couldn't believe her attitude and another customer told her so. She didn't like it but it needed to be said. I didn't know the customer but I'm pleased someone stood up for her because this kind of "service" is appalling. The other staff are good, it's just this one woman (is she the manager others have complained about?) She is giving NZ Post a bad reputation and needs to be hauled over the coals.
