   Wow what an Amazing butcher.....has every type of meat cut one could want. A guy called Andrew help me choose a Flintstone t/bone and cut so leg bones for my little dogs. Now you don't get that service in the big super markets!!

   Great selection of gluten free sausages. Lots of different cuts of meat you don't get in your average supermarket. Great selection of pies, sausage rolls and pork pies made on site too. The service was not quite up to normal friendly standard, was busy holiday time, maybe having an off day.

   I was served by a young gentleman. Sadly I couldn't see a name badge. He was patient, helpful and courteous. I realised that my purchase was too big and heavy so requested that this be held as I had other groceries to buy and would come back with a trolley to collect the meat. This was no trouble. When back he was kind enough to load the trolley and hold the door open for me. A rare site nowadays. There's a great selection of fresh meat and great prices. I actually found preservative free sausages today. Thank you Doug!

   This store has a huge selection of fresh and frozen meat, and everything we've bought has been great quality! We're American and were thrilled to find the New Zealand equivalent of our flank steak (called skirt steak here) which we love to marinate, grill, and cut into strips to serve. They also have other hard to find cuts of meat. Of course they have pork and poultry, too. I was shocked to see they even sell frozen turkeys! Incidentally, the staff has always been very nice and helpful. This is our go-to butcher in New Zealand.
