Found At the Junction through AA's list of partnered repairers. Amazing repairs done to my car after a minor scrape. Smooth and quick process. Went for the inspection, had drop-off arranged and then collected my car within the same week. I think the team did a quick wash of my car too! It was sparkling when I collected it.
Great service, made my car look brand new. Even gave it a clean after fixing the back. Took just over a week todo lots of body work. Thank you

This is the worst experience I have had. Quoted my insurers for damage at the rear of my vehicle - once approved I booked my car in and booked a courtesy car. The courtesy car had no petrol in it, was filthy, had insects crawling on the dashboard and the air con didn’t work. When I called them to let them know about the courtesy car they were not bothered. In fact the male owner was quite rude. Said it would take a day or two to do the repairs. Didn’t get my car back until the third day. When I picked up my car they hadn’t replaced the dented number plate or repaired the slight damage underneath! When I questioned why it hadn’t been done the woman owner walked off and started checking something on the computer. She did not apologise and was very rude - just like her husband was when I complained about the state of the courtesy car! She told me she would have to order the number plate and the damage would get repaired when I brought the car back in! This is not a professional company - it’s a shoddy business that tried to get paid for a job that was incomplete. Thankfully I have my car booked into a dealership repairer and won’t have to meet this ghastly pair again!
