   Went in to purchase an apple watch protector. Not overly friendly staff to deal with - no greeting to customer I did most of the talking. I asked the man if he could put it on for me he said he would but hadn't done any on watches before just phones. He put it on and it still had bubbles under it when I left and I was told it should settle down - by the end of the day it had completely come off and was now useless - ended up in the bin. I messaged them to explain what had happened and was told no refund was able to be given (which I am sure is not legal was $10 so won't waste my time). He then told me in the messages it was my risk getting him to put it on - no mention of that while in the store. Thankfully I didn't spend any more money - would def not use them again and would not recommend. Worth the time to go into town and find someone professional and more knowledgeable.

   Came in to fix my screen and the man working there took ages to fix it and now my screen is popping out and the Face ID isn’t working anymore wouldn’t come back
