   This place is pathetic. Very unwelcoming environment. I bought a bag around last christmas/new year. I expected that bag to be last longer than a year so didn’t keep the receipt. Unfortunately the bag didn’t last even a year. I paid full price for the bag. I needed bag for my kid on Monday so i travelled to store today from Rotorua. As i entered in store got no welcoming hi/hello not even a smile. When i approached the counter lady and told her issue i had with bag, she said she is going to serve the other customer first even though there was an another team member who was just standing behind her doing nothing. I just started browsing other stuff while she was serving another customers. After the wait of 10 min counter lady(possible manager) went inside somewhere and came back to me and said she had talk to her regional manager and manager said we can offer you 20% off on full price (when they have 40%off going in store) but we can’t exchange it as we can not see in our system when we sold that bag last time also said it is very very very old bag when i just bought not even a year ago. Than i showed her my bank statement which stated the amount i have paid in store than she said she can’t exchange it and i have to go to customer service team. Unacceptable rude behaviour. Lacked management with no problem solving skills. Very disappointing. Staff need more training. (Ref: photo added) got it from smiggle official page) they had that collection after Aug last year.

   really unwelcoming environment. my friend and i had no staff talk to us the whole time i was in there, they were huddled around the counter talking to eachother and giving us judgmental/ rude looks. never returning.

   pathetic management staff are obviously overworked. not paying such high prices for poorly made products while seeing that it's clearly about greed instead of treating all staff fairly. Honestly a major let down in this day and age
