   Big comfortable rooms with flexible bedding (a welcome first for our NZ trip). Lovely gardens, quiet location and a superb breakfast. The plums were super and my husband recommends the omelette. The evening drink and chocolates left for us were a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here.

   Fantastic place to stay, lovely accommodation, and lovely hosts. Friendly evening get-together encouraged for guests, and breakfast is great (all fresh cooked). Hosts went above and beyond to help us reaquire our travel documents, which we left at departure.

   Need 6 stars for this B&B! Beautiful old colonnial-style house. Very well appointed and equipped room. Possibly the friendliest and most helpful hosts I've ever experienced. Excellent breakfast. Loved the wine and hors d'oeuvres!

   Absolutely lovely. Rayma and Philip are stars. Really… The house is just beautiful, the rooms as well, the garden stunning - everything! We loved it and they’ve been so kind and nice with our baby girl. They even brought a good night sherry (not for the baby!! :D). Super delicious is the breakfast (they cook it for you based on what you like and fresh), afternoon tea and wine + snacks in the evening. And then this view and the location on top of the hill. Wow. Thanks. Any time again (we’d wish).

   Beautiful home on hilltop setting over Napier. Easy access to town, surrounding wines and all that Hawke’s Bay has to offer. Ultra comfortable room with fabulous breakfast served. Evening social informative and enjoyable. Phillip and Rayna complimented each other well, making our stay one of a kind.

   Cobden Garden B&B was a lovely place to stay in Napier, Hawke's Bay. A beautiful home with many serene spaces to enjoy, specifically the garden & sun room. The room was great with a beautiful view of the bay. The hosts, Rayma & Philip, were super sweet and hospitable. We enjoyed chatting with them over tea+cake and wine+canapes. We returned from dinner to find a carafe of port & chocolates in our room. Also, the breakfast spread was phenomenal - couldn’t have been better! Every detail made Cobden Garden B&B a must-stay in the area! We only booked for one night, but would have happily stayed for many more.

   Awesome. If you can find any fault with this place you will never be happy. Great people, great home, great room, great advice, great extras (amazing breakfast but more impressive was the small carafe of port waiting in our room with crystal glasses upon our return after dinner out). And the chat with wine and canapes made it almost impossible to head out we were so relaxed and comfortable. Rayma and Phil did everything possible to make Napier even more enjoyable than it already was. Thanks are just not enough. You have to go !

   What a lovely B&B in Napier. The hosts were warm and welcoming and our room was large with every amenity you could want. We were offered pre dinner drinks and canapés with our hosts which was lovely. A great choice for breakfast, so good we felt spoilt. A great place to stay whilst visiting the area.

   My stay with an absolute joy. My room was large with every feature you could want including a very comfortable bed. Bluff Hill is a great location and only 5 minutes from the town centre. Rayma & Phillip's hospitality was unbelievable, I felt very much at home and part of your family. The room and their home are beautiful then you add all your special touches. Wine and canapes nightly, drinks in the sun lounge and chocolates & port at night. Oh I forgot the breakfast, so many choices and so good just check out their website - absolute 5 star.
