I stopped in here on a cycling tour as a Kebab shop is often the best spot for vegan options in town. Saz Kebab did not disappoint! The portions were very generous, the falafel delicious, and the patio has a great view from which I could easily keep an eye on my bike. Would go again!
I rode 200km special for this Turkish. Been coming here for 5 years, consistent and excellent food and service. Well worth the ride.
Very happy with the smoothie, chicken salad and the mixed chip meal we ordered! We love everything in it. Very generous portion. Definitely will recommend this to anyone visiting Te Aroha! Will definitely go back not only to hike Mt Te Aroha peak but also to eat in this restaurant! β€οΈ
Best Kebabs in town! Delicious food, dined here once before when cycling the length of NZ, and now here again after climbing Mt Te Aroha. Would definitely come back again next time Iβm here! Great portion sizes as well! Not to mention, friendly staff :)

This is the best spot in Te Ahora to grab a bite or meal! Food is delicious and freshly prepared and the owner is very nice. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hearty meal and great service.
We were served our meals very quickly by friendly staff and the decor was unique. The portion sizes were massive for the price so the value for money was great. Lastly, the food itself was delicious - definitely recommend coming here!
Delicious and cost-effective! We paid 50d for everything, and it was enough for 3 hungry people to have for both breakfast and dinner. Loved the chip meal, so much that we've decided to come to the town again for it. Definitely the best we've had in the town during our 2 days stay, highly recommend!
Great meal. One I couldn't finish. Was super delish too. Comfortable seating and waitress was lovely. Only let down was that it took a long time to come out being the 1st customers to give our orders for the day but other tables n takeaway orders getting their food before us.
