   Popped in with no booking with a caravan tyre we punctured. We had left the caravan parked and brought the wheel in, rather than use the spare, Friendly greeting, explained our situation, no problem. One of the team came and got the wheel out of the truck, off road rim and tyre, so bit weighty. 30 mins later puncture repaired. Had a great chat with one of the team while I waited. Excellent service, friendly team. Thanks guys!! Great job.

   The first two years I took my car to Bridgestone for a WOF was great, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. However, this last time was completely different. New staff, obtrusive and very unhelpful, zero customer service. The glass people had to ring Bridgestone because they couldn’t find the chip in the CVA. I had the list of work done elsewhere and took the car back for recheck once the windscreen had been done. I was told by Bridgestone to go back and get the needed paper work. I said I had asked about paperwork and the glass people had said none was needed. Could you phone them, or get them to email it? No! I had to go back down there. Of course there was none needed. When I got back to Bridgestone, no apology was issued, they just passed over the keys. The car was ready with its new warrant. I was not impressed, and I was stressed because of this experience. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business again.

   The staff are cool nd friendly to talk with, smoker's, vapers are more than welcome with a great coffee machine.Tyre's, wheel alignment's, Wof's, mechanical work all in one place. I highly recommend that you give Bridgestone Te Puke a call.

   A great experience. From the friendly receptionist to the tyre technician, I was treated with nothing but courtesy and assistance. I was given quotes on three different tyres so that I could choose the level I wanted to spend at. Will definitely become my go-to tyre place.
