   What absolutely amazing service. Took phone in ( after dog knocked it out of my hand ) the guy said to come back in 20mins, did, he not only told me what was wrong with my phone, but also showed me. It was fixed in another 10mins. Can’t recommend Smart Mobiles enough. Very friendly, helpful technician. Will definitely be going back, with any other issues.

   Great customer service, but I did feel uneasy giving them my iphone password when I took my Iphone in for a battery replacement. The battery that they have used in my phone is also showing as un-verified (its been 5 months) , so is not a genuine battery. If I had known that was the case I would have sent it away for a genuine battery replacement instead.

   Great service - my partner had a smashed phone screen with damage to the phones structure, and here we were able to access the phone via a temporary screen and transfer over data to a new phone. Staff was friendly, and service delivered in a timely fashion. Absolutely saved the day. Would definitely come here again for assistance.

   Excellent and fast service, within 3 hours! The best price in Hawkes Bay (for my Huawei screen repair) had the screen in stock. Made sure the right size screen protector was fitted (unlike a previous repair elsewhere which was the cause of the screen breaking again) and made sure the new case had an overlap higher than the screen. Definitely phone these guys for a quote!

   I exchanged the battery of my iPhone today and was surprised to see this! They didn’t use the recommended adhesive stripes which they should of, so I had trouble to get my battery out. Quality of the battery wasn’t great either. I already let them change it twice, because after 4 weeks the capacity was 85 and didn’t last a day. Don’t go there to get a new battery, do it yourself.
