   I'm only impressed, how crappy & fake a product can be. Bought one of the Dolphin Lighter for 24,99 Sleek & sturdy design and the shop assistant claimed them to be really reliable... BUT although having it refilled on purchase, it only managed to light up THREE CIGARETTES !!!

   The rotorua myblitz store is certainly one of a kind in the town of rotorua. It offers almost everything from vapes to stickers. The store is a wee bit narrow but it is very colorful. The products are displayed well behind clean glass cabnits. The person behind the tall counter was very helpful and friendly, greeting me with a wonderful smile as soon as I walked into the store they also displayed a fair amount of knowledge regarding the products that myblitz sells. I recommend it to all my friends.

   Do not give this place your business. I ordered an item from their website, only to receive a call to let me know that the product I purchased wasn't in stock, but that they had a cheaper alternative and could refund me the difference. It was a little annoying finding out the thing I bought wasn't actually available (it still hasn't even been removed from the website), but I'm not unreasonable so after specifically clarifying some details about the alternative I was happy to accept a partial refund and take the alternative product. I thought that was the end of it... Finally my package arrived, but the item I received was definitely not an equivalent for what I ordered, and not only that but their rep downright lied when I (apparently correctly) was concerned I wouldn't get the product I thought I was buying. I have emailed them 4 times over the past month, and they've ignored every message. Want to know another great twist? They never refunded the cost difference between what I originally purchased and what they sent, so better add theft to the list of complaints. My experience with MyBlitz has been useless to the point where they're in clear breach of the consumer guarantees act, and obviously don't give a damn about their customers. Get your act together and give me back my money.
