Pretty disappointing, have been coming here as a frequent customer until today. The woman called out Bakla across to the girl behind the till. Yeah, I don't speak the language but I do know what this means. Won't be going back!!
The times I've actually managed to get there on time, the drinks are great, the staff are friendly, but not that fake overly friendly, just generally nice people, however, they always seem to close 10-15 minutes before the times advertised, which is just kind of really frustrating since I can only make it to Hastings past 4, and it's just the uncertainty of if they're gonna be open when I get there
So my friend and I ordered a small fruit tea at around 2pm and have been waiting for atleast an hour as it is 3:30 now and ten people who order wayyyy after us have already gotten there order! UPDATE!!! We finally went up to ask what was taking so long and they replied saying our grandmother came up to the counter and cancelled the order...Which didn't happen as our nan wasn't with us. In the end we got our drink, overall wasn't worth the wait!
Great drinks. I come here most weeks to get my calories up with the cream cheese strawberry oat milk drink. Always very popular and busy. There is also a cafe and churo stand on site.
Number one in hastings haven't tried napier yet. But there flavor is another level. Very nice, very fast. Love the taro and tapioca is bomb !!
Come into this Bubble tea place today. I'm not very familiar with the variety of drinks and ice cream available so I was looking at the menu. (No other customers behind me) The woman who served me today had an awful attitude and her tone of voice was very unwelcoming. Poor customer service and walked out very disappointed. Bubble tea was good but because of this experience I will tell many others and will not be returning.
Lovely workers here. If your new they hello you out and give you suggestions. The milk tea is amazing and so is the fruit tea.
Okay, so I'm going to spill the tea... In all seriousness, I'm always a bit scared to walk in there because some of the workers I've come across stare right into my soul and act as though they're been forced to civically serve someone who just murdered their dog, but at least they make what I ordered quite quickly, which is good. One time a worker forgot to put in my tapioca and I was really sad because I said I liked it and wanted it after a worker asked me. :( Maybe they just didn't understand me or thought I said I didn't like/want it. I've never ordered one, but they have this machine in there, I think it's some kind of waffle machine, and most of the times I've been in there, it looks filthy. Flavourful fruit tea though, would absolutely recommend this if you want good Bubble tea. Not because of this place, but milk tea...isn't my cup of tea!
Came back to Hastings after one year, it seems the people worked there has changed, when u see this new young lady’s face, you have no desire for consumption, she seems being angry with everybody...but I have to say the milk tea still taste good there
