   Friendly and professional staff. They sent reminders of my appointment the day before which I appreciated. But An earlier appointment came up on the day which suited me better and they advised to be of it. The technician was friendly and helpful. He pointed it out my wipers needed replacing soon so I managed to get that all done at the same time. Very happy with the service I received.

   Suspected windscreen leak i said i have what i think is a leak next thing he says is $600 new windscreen i was flabbergasted so i said i just want to go home it was cold and late in the day it wasn't until later on i discovered a crc window leak spray on product which should solve my problem unbelievable

   While the issue got resolved in the end, I had to take 4 trips to the store (total of over 200km) to get this corrected due to issues with the quality of the first repair and then incorrect windshield ordered. I struggled to get an apology from them plus my calls to Customer Service have not been returned. Altho they were pleasant on my final visit, I won't be dealing with them again. We all make mistakes, but this was incredibly poorly dealt with.

   Picked my car up after the windscreen was changed, I was disappointed at the state it was left in, there was this black rubbery dust all over the car. It would go a long way for customer satisfaction if they had of cleaned the car off after the job. Not very good.

   Dealing with Smith & Smith head office who you organise everything through, from your booking onwards has been anything but easy. The guys at the Mount were good to deal with, but thereafter, trying to get a refund from Smith & Smith NZ has been frustrating, and involved a lot of my time, phoning them, emailing them, and escalating to Team Leader, then Operations Manager who at the time of writing this I have not heard back from despite being told he would phone me straight back! Their customer service is a shambles, and should be renamed customer disservice!!
