Such a bad experience from the Tauranga unit. Their customer service member, Wirinia tapsell does not have any respect for the customers. Such an anrrigant character. And all of the above, she was lying to us about a statement, that was already made by one of their team member. Don’t even have the courtesy of calling back and explaining things, instead she just keep on sending irrespectful emails. Had to cancel my order. Really bad experience.
