    Yes amazing service. Friendly and helpful. Paid for product and took item home a day later. However, product was unsuitable & returned within 24hrs. Attendant to 'be in touch re refund' as HO needed to be contacted. Am still awaiting further notice Phone calls unanswered or engaged! Consumer Guarantees Act states 'sellers cannot exempt themselves from their obligations under the act, even if they put it in a contract. Please Furniture Zone honour the refund. My phone number is known to you. Many thanks.
