   Yeah nah. My daughter sold her items through you guys but when she came to collect the unsold items after they guaranteed they’d hold them, they cant be located apparently?? Even asked her to come back again and after several phone calls still wasnt able to locate them. Not to mention the terrible customer service we received in your shop. How disappointing and what a shame for a brand such as this.

   Such a hidden gem! I popped into Recycle Boutique on a whim and left feeling like I’d discovered treasure. The selection is beautifully curated—everything from vintage finds to near-new pieces in top condition. Staff were genuinely lovely and helpful without hovering, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout that made browsing a breeze. Bonus points for sustainable fashion done right.    I’ve been buying and selling with Recycle Boutique Bayfair since May 2023 and it’s been such a good experience. The team is always friendly and welcoming. The website is really easy to use. I can see what’s for sale, what it sells for, and what I’ll earn. Drop-offs are usually processed in under 30 minutes which I really appreciate. I’ve found some amazing pieces here too. Everything is great quality and way more interesting than what you usually find in malls. They even help me take expired items off the rack if something doesn’t sell. In nearly two years, I’ve sold around 150 items and nothing has ever been lost or damaged. Not everything gets accepted or sold, but that just shows how much care they put into quality and what their customers are actually looking for.

   Your company is an absolute joke haha I dropped off about 30 different items some that I actually bought from your store and tell me that they are not the brands you are looking for. You must be doing very well in your Buisness to refuse about $5000 worth of clothes that I paid for in the past. After going through what you had on your selfs you might need to change it up. What an absolute waste of time and effort. I’d rather drop it off to hospice than share the profits with you.

   It’s a nice concept. However I think it’s very unfair to not offer an exchange for store credit within 7 days on a purchase. Brutal. There was no communication about this policy and also not even a receipt given. Sales people seem quite rude and more interested in chatting with each other than helping you or informing you of rules. I now have an expensive item that I don’t want to wear and a bad experience. I was told to bring it back with other items and they can resell it for me! For half the price minus gst? No thanks. I’m going back to legit opshops.

   My fav RB store by a long shot. Easiest drop off ever and the staff are nice - I find some of the other stores have snooty staff. I’ve picked up some good finds too.

   Lovely design shop,, I always look for the coloured tags 1/2 price that are displayed by the check out counter like in Hamilton / east. Shopping for about hour picked up clothing with the yellow sticker. Went to pay but was told that the sticker Half price should have not been displayed she took it down then her colleague stunk it back up again. Is this not false advertisment to customers and profits fiddling, this should be reviewed at the highest level with management
