She listened and then put a package together to meet our requirements and take the stress away from shopping around. She was so helpful, quickly understood what we required and delivered on time.    Came into the store to get away from being harassed every 30s by a new Harvey Norman 'sales rep', desperate to cash in on their sales bonus. Lovely experience at BedsRus, quiet and calm, advice offered when asked and left alone to spend 10mins deciding what was right for us. Would recommend seeing Denise for a 10/10 experience.

   Fantastic help from Denise i think 5 mins from entering the shop she had shown me a selection of bedheads, bedside cabinets, and a set of drawers and i chose the ones i wanted all readily available NZ made. Delivery free, and even better will install everything when delivered. Big shout out to Denise and Beds-R-US.

   Early in December we bought a mattress from Bed R Us, Mount Maunganui, and can’t speak highly enough of the incredible customer service we received. Denise listened to our requirements and then showed us the best options for us. We were impressed with her vast knowledge, and also appreciated the fact she didn’t pressure us to buy. We then checked out mattresses at other business’s, and were horrified at the pressure tactics we received. We remembered Denise’s lovely manner and promptly returned to buy a Sleepyhead Chiropractic mattress. The mattress has now been installed, (we are delighted with our purchase) and a visit to the Tauranga store for a new mattress protector also offered the same quality of customer service. Thank you Denise (also Tauranga girls) for the great service. Word of mouth means a lot, we have already recommended to our friends.
