This was my first visit to NZ brows after being highly recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed Amanda was a ray of sunshine and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had brow mapping tint and shape. Amanda did a fantastic job of my brows, great colour for my skin tone and complexion. I walked away feeling fantastic. I will certainly be rebooking. I highly recommend Amanda

I asked for thick, full brows. I showed examples. I repeated myself more than once. What I got was the exact opposite - a thin brow shape that matched HER brows, not mine.
Whatβs even worse is that her online portfolio is full of the thick, long, bold brows she gives other clients. So why didnβt I receive the same standard of work? Thatβs a fair question.
Instead of listening to what I wanted, she talked over me, focused more on my husband than on me, and then blamed her decision on my βage,β βbone structure,β and βperi-menopause.β None of that made sense and came across as an excuse for not providing the service I actually asked for. When I explained that I didnt like the pencil thin stain she gave me, she said "thin brows actually make you look younger" then proceeded to show me a photo.
I walked out feeling like I wasnβt given the same care, attention, or respect as her other clients and it showed in the result.
Absolutely will not be returning.

Cant recommend Amanda enough! I was really nervous to get my eyebrows tattooed incase I didn't like them, but Amanda completely put me at ease. She is so skilled & knowledgable, I couldn't be more stoked with my brows, they've really made such a difference. If you're considering it, absolutely go for it, you will not regret it :)

Super professional and Amanda was lovely!! I recommend NZ brows to all my friends that are thinking about tattooing their eyebrows. I had minimal scabbing colour and shape was perfect and exactly what I wanted
