Our first time going in to look at stick vacuums we were helped by a guy who was semi helpful. We went back a second time for another look and came across Debbie. Wow so so knowledgeable on every sort of vacuum we were looking at and explained the difference between them. We ended up buying a much more expensive stick vacuum than we intended due to everything being explained and demonstrated to us. I recommend asking for Debbie if you are looking for any sort of vacuum!!
Poor service to replace a part on my vaccum cleaner. I have had to ring seven times to get the issue resolved. Staff did not return calls and I was told the part would take up to 8 weeks to arrive. When I asked for a full refund they were able to source a part for me. Wouldn't buy from here again and certainly wouldn't recommend Godfreys.
