Went drive thru and had to wait nearly 20 mins for my combo! Along with 4 other vehicles. By the time they gave me my chips n burger it was cold. Bad first time experience in Hastings smh
don’t go to this one I got a bad case of food poisoning and they don’t cook their burgers , it look like the barnacles on the patties.. their fries had a weird smell to it . Horrible horrible food
The food smelt odd and the chips had a very strong vinegar smell. The bigger burger was ok but the small chicken burger had a soggy bun and lettuce.the chicken in the smaller burger tasted quite odd and had a weird curry sauce that was unpleasant. I didn't finish either burger or the fries. Service was slow . The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. Food was terrible but cheap. 30 mins later I don't feel great. Not the best choice of burger joint I have made.
Price was awesome on a meal deal, chips were beautiful but burgers were warmish and bland
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! - first we waited half an hour for our food in the drive through and received cold disgusting food with missing ingredients. And if your waiting that long you expect the food to be fresh and have everything in it you paid for. Bread was smothered in tomato sauce and the burger didn’t even have tomato sauce in it. I complained and we managed to get a very small replacement a few weeks later. We only ended up getting half of the stuff replaced to what we originally ordered. The coupon also said we got a combo and all we got was a small fries and no drink despite what it said on the coupon. I told this to the manager and he said that combo doesn’t include a drink, when I know it does! We got so much food the first time so was really disappointed that this couldn’t be reconciled considering how much food we actually brought to begin with. We used to go here every week but after the service and lack of costumer loyalty we will be going elsewhere.
First they misheard my order 4 times. Had to repeat myself. Drive through only had 2 people ahead of us, had to wait well over half an hour and was told to park and wait. Food came and it was stone cold. My western bbq burger was missing bacon, my value chicken burger bun was soggy and was covered in oil and tomato sauce. Not worth $40 absolutely disgusting and such a long wait. Won’t be going back again.
We visited this place mid morning on Sunday. The place was tidy, staff and service was very good. We've ordered Philly Cheesesteak Big Angus combo, Memphis BBQ combo, and Palm Springs meal. All the burger offered unique flavours and very yummy. No artificial taste. The chips were also great. Parking on site available. Dedicated area to wash your hand. You can also choose and get your own drink.
