Very convenient easy to book my car in had a very slow leak in my tyre they fixed it quick as and it was free because i had Brought tyres from them before great service will be using them again for WOF and tyres

I had an incredibly upsetting and disappointing experience at Tony’s Tyre Service this morning. I went in after finding a nail in my front tyre, just a few days after having the rear tyre replaced on Saturday for the exact same issue. That replacement ended up costing more than it should have, which only adds to how let down I feel by this store. When I spoke to Deepak, I asked if I could either have the puncture repaired or the front tyre replaced. Instead of offering any help, he looked over all my tyres and bluntly told me he wouldn’t replace the one tyre unless I agreed to replace all three. I explained clearly that I could only afford to replace the damaged front tyre today and planned to come back next week to replace the others as I already knew they were due to be replaced but just wanted to fix the damaged one first. I also pointed out that the other tyres shouldn’t have even been an issue, as my car has a current WOF, and I was already in the process of replacing the tyres in a realistic timeframe. Despite this, Deepak completely dismissed what I said and just went back inside offering no help, no solution, and no care. I was left standing there, visibly upset and in shock, and ended up leaving in tears feeling humiliated and disrespected. His attitude was rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional and I genuinely believe I was spoken down to and treated this way because I’m a woman. This whole experience showed a complete lack of empathy, integrity, and customer care. It’s clear the values and morals of this store are in the wrong place. Thankfully, I went elsewhere afterward and received amazing service respectful, kind, and helpful, just as it should be. I will never return to this location and would strongly caution others, especially women, about the way they may be treated here.
This is not just a tyre shop, had WoF & service done. Guys were very busy, but showed courtesy. Job completed as agreed. Totally recommend as a one stop car shop.
last week I rung up for 4 tyres and they were apparently going to cost $340 . I rung today witch is only 7 days later to find now the price for 4 tires is going to cost $470 ?? How does that work
My fiance got a quote of $250 for two brake replacements. An hour later they called and said it will be just under 600$ as they need to replace all of them. I got another mechanic to take a look as it was an obvious cash grab. The other mechanic did them for 185$ and didn't even need to replace the other two. Good to know Tony's tires prey on pregnant women for easy cash. Will never use or reccomend again.
Returning to Wellington we needed two puncture repairs. The manager and team were great very friendly, fast, and understand. Will come back again. Highly recommend. Merry Christmas
Excellent customer service in the shop and on the phone. Amazing. Quote had no hidden costs which is always good. Early days on feedback on tyres and I will edit if there are problems on my trip to Wellington. Guys need to wash their hands when driving customers cars. Had a black mark on my seat which was not there when I dropped it off. Come on! Should be the obvious. I don’t care if the car is new or old. Wash your hands! Would I bring my car back? Yeah I would.
