   I 100% recommend Angel removals. Keith whom I booked with was very easy to interact with which made things easy right from the start. On the day of moving the two men whose names I missed arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. They were pleasant and nothing was a bother to them. Moving is a stressful time but I truly believe Angel removals made it that little bit better. Thanks Angel removals. : )

   I hired Angels Removals to come in and move my household items from one house to another. Firstly the new house was around the corner so it wasn’t a massive job. They charged me $940 and damaged my brand new mattress and fridge which are both only 3 months old. I specifically told them to be careful and that everything was brand new before they started the job. I have 2 big holes in the side of my mattress which they did not tell me about and tried to cover with the sheets and also left 3 dents on my fridge from the trolley that they used and didn’t tell me about that either. I found this very dishonest and unprofessional. Please don’t use these guys they are the worst in the business. When I called them to advise the owner Kevin (or Kieth) told me to sort it out with my insurance. This was very upsetting and the fact that he did not offer to any solution was appalling! Were quick to take cash and run. Rude and dishonest. After telling them I’ll be seeking legal advice he advised me to “do what I gotta do” and ended the call. Still haven’t heard from them - no refund or responsibility taken for the damage. I Do not recommend at all by FAR THE WORST REMOVALISTS!

   Absolutely gold star service! I cannot thank you enough for the advice and service you provided. We shifted from a single storey home in Hawkes Bay to a 3 level apartment in the Waikato where there were lots of stairs involved and we had zero damage. The guys were extremely respectful of our furniture and took great care. I recommend these guys to everyone.
