   This review is by our daughter Elsie who had the luxury of a facial treatment with Kayleigh at Caci recently. "It was really relaxing! Kayleigh made me feel totally at ease and comfortable. She had really good communication - explaining about each part of the treatment so I could understand. Kayleigh knew a lot about all the different products so that was really helpful. It was my first experience having a facial and I had an amazing time and was really happy with the results! Thank you Kayleigh and Caci - 10/10! I'd love to come back again!

   Shocking experience. Beauty therapists lovely but owner absolutely aweful to deal with if she evens communicates. Be very careful what you sign because you may be thinking you are getting something you are not. Took 4 weeks to get refund and thats because head office got involved, but that didn't stop the owner charging me $255 for 2 half hour facals - charging me $85 for one when her staff member cancelled due to illness.
