   I have been going to Tracey at the Havelock North Branch for my China Doll and Laser Genesis facials for some time now. I must say since my very first facial with her I have been hooked. She is so knowledgeable and genuinely such a lovely person. I now look forward to my monthly sessions with her. I have started laser hair removal on my lip and in just 2 sessions I can already see a big difference. Recently I have started using her self developed facial serum from her skincare range Ma Skincare and it's absolutely amazing... I reach for it over and over and I am skipping my other products as I have clear favorite.

   Just had my first treatment with Tracey today at the HB Laser Clinic in Havelock North. Tracey is friendly, caring and professional. Very informative consultation and not pressuring at all. Great experience overall, would recommend to everyone and look forward to seeing her for future treatments!

   I went in over a year ago for laser hair removal to the Waipuk location and had Tracey as my technician. She was always friendly and caring. When I first started she said by the end of the treatments (which takes a year) there would be about an 80-90% reduction. My last appointment was Nov 2019 and I'm pleased to say I've hardly had any regrowth...certainly less than promised. Totally worth the cost. I recommend this service and would happily return for other types of treatments!
