Went to get a subway tonight cos it was 8:40pm and nothing else was open. The young girl asked what I wanted, and before I could finish talking she said "nope, don't have that!" I know it was close to closing but her attitude did me in. I left and won't be back. It's not the first time, either

Best subway I have ever been to. Generous with their servings and the coffee is the best I have ever had. Totally recommend to everyone to visit Balclutha Subway!!!! You will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Great service nice people love the food
Not impressed with mu order tonight the subs were soggy and everything was falling out the wrapper was wet and ripped not happy we spent 56 dollars at balclutha subway

Standard Subway presentation. Food was well presented fresh and the area was tidy and clean. This was a good subway experience but I find that most Subways in Australia and New Zealand are well presented. I normally only visit Subways while traveling. I prefer their consistent high quality fast food to other franchises.
The best Subway! The staff was very generous and made delicious Steak and Egg sandwiches!
