   Absolutely impressed with the Novus Glass Hastings branch. We have had two different types of vehicles windscreens replaced through different insurers within the last few months. Each time, we have received a call to book in the replacement, a follow up call to confirm the next day booking and then a call to let us know the windscreen is done and ready for pick up within an hour. Fantastic service from reception to the installers. We were even told about a potential upcoming issue due to a previous job done by a previous installer. Thanks team, keep up the fantastic work. We will now be bringing all windscreen work to you and recommending you to other businesses/ friends and family. 5 stars for sure!

   Great place to get your windscreen fixed. The replacement windscreen arrived faulty so the technician had another look and realised he could fix the chip. As an extra he thoroughly cleaned the windscreen inside and out, and adjusted the water squirter for me on my camper. What a champion! Very professional and communication was great. Highly recommend
