   Burgerfuel Hastings is quite good. I had the Double American Muscle burger. It was delicious and I highly recommend. The staff at this store were helpful, friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is inviting. If you happen to be in Hastings give them a visit! 8/10

   We've eaten at this Burger Fuel a few times and it is consistently good. The burgers are tasty, juicy and fresh. Everything is made to order and you can taste it! Killer fries, both kumara and potato. Thick shakes made from real ice cream. The restaurant is always clean, has a groovy soundtrack and extreme sports on the tv. My kids love it and so do I! This is not to be compared with Mickey D's or BK! It's just better.

   They have an online ordering sign, which looks like where you collect your order placed online. However, this is not the case and the customer service is severely lacking at this branch. Napier is much better. She almost forgot to hand over the shakes when we did get into the general customer line...

   Food is good but really pricey now ($25 for a burger, spuds and drink). Recently they got my order wrong, I called them up and they said we’ll send me vouchers and all that, got my details and still nothing, sent an email about another complaint but haven’t heard back yet.

   I replied to the response from the owner and nothing from them at all!! 8.5.2023 Still no reply from the owners, I'm getting the impression they don't care Rubbish!! No cheese on the burgers we asked/supposed to to have cheese on, the burgers were burnt both sides and we only found out after getting home with them Don't bother complaining you'll be ignored by the manager who can understand cash handling but not complaints
